California On The Way To Ban Non-Functional Turf

As the demand for water continues to grow in California, the state is making the changes necessary to ensure a continual reliable water supply. The LA Times posted an article this week discussing Assembly Bill 1572, which is likely to pass within the next month. This bill would start a phase out process of non-functional turf in all of California by 2030.
